Cat at the front desk is amazing — warm, welcoming, and on top of everything. My daughter and I love coming here as a special treat every now and then. It feels like a little escape. Bonus: they offer complimentary beverages, which makes the pampering feel even more elevated. If you’re looking for flawless nails in a relaxed, friendly setting, this is the place.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience here. The staff is attentive to detail, accommodating, and willing to make adjustments if something isn’t quite right. For example, when I got chrome nails, the chrome started coming off soon after I got home. I went back, and they immediately fixed it, no questions asked, despite their busy schedules. Another time, after my first Gel-X nail appointment, I felt like my nails were a bit thick. At my next visit, I mentioned this, and they assured me they could adjust the thickness to feel more natural—and they did! My nails looked and felt perfect after that. I’ve tried a variety of services here, including Gel-X nail extensions with designs, chrome nails, gel and regular toe polish, manicures, pedicures, paraffin wax add-ons, and waxing services, and each service has been fantastic. Most importantly, I got my wedding nails done here, and they turned out absolutely stunning! The ambience is lovely, with massage chairs and drink service, making the whole experience even more relaxing. Pricing is reasonable for the quality, and if I were still in Irvine, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
