4. Business Listings

Required

Accurate business name as registered or commonly known
Valid physical address or service area
Working contact information (phone, email, or website)
Truthful descriptions of products and services offered

Prohibited

Duplicate listings for the same business location
Keyword stuffing or SEO manipulation in business names
Listings for illegal activities or businesses
Misleading categories or false service claims

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Uscp.io are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews on our platform reflect customer experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or contains defamatory material.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uscp.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
