How photos on Uscp.io are sourced, attributed, and licensed — plus how to request usage rights or report a concern.

How Photos Are Sourced

Photos displayed on Uscp.io business listings are aggregated from public sources, including the Google Places Photos API, business owner submissions, and content licensed from third-party providers. Every photo retains the original creator's attribution as published by the source.

Attribution & Credit

Each photo on the platform is accompanied by structured-data attribution (schema.org creditText, copyrightNotice, creator) so downstream consumers — search engines, AI assistants, embedded clients — can surface the rightful credit. Where the original Google Places contributor is known, that contributor's name appears in the credit string.

If you are the original photographer or rights-holder of a photo and would like the credit corrected or the photo removed, contact [email protected].

Permitted Use

Photos on this site are presented for the purpose of identifying the business they depict (editorial / informational use). Search engines and AI crawlers may index, cache, and display the photos as part of standard search results in line with their published policies.

Reuse of any photo for commercial purposes, advertising, training data, or redistribution is not permitted without explicit written permission from the rights-holder. Uscp.io does not grant sublicense rights for third-party photos.

Requesting a License

To request usage rights for a specific photo:

  1. Note the business listing URL (e.g. https://uscp.io/your-business-slug).
  2. Identify the photo (position in the gallery, or download URL).
  3. Email [email protected] with the intended use, distribution channel, and duration.

We will forward your request to the rights-holder where possible. Response time: 5–10 business days.

DMCA / Takedown Notices

If you believe a photo on Uscp.io infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The exact URL where the photo appears on Uscp.io.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We process valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt.
