1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Uscp.io is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

2. Conformance Standards

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Uscp.io aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities.

4. Assistive Technology Compatibility

Screen Readers

Uscp.io is designed to work with popular screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android).

Browsers Tested

We test accessibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge in their latest versions, as well as mobile browsers on iOS and Android.

5. Known Limitations

User-Generated Content

Some user-submitted content such as reviews and business descriptions may not meet all accessibility standards, as we cannot fully control content submitted by third parties. We work to improve accessibility of user-generated content through automated processing.

Third-Party Embedded Content

Embedded maps, external widgets, and third-party integrations may have varying levels of accessibility support. We choose accessible alternatives whenever possible.
