1. DMCA Overview

Uscp.io respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

2. How to File a DMCA Complaint

If you believe that content available on Uscp.io infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must be in writing and include the required elements described below.

3. DMCA Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it on our platform
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

4. Our DMCA Process

  • Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review the claim
  • Infringing content will be removed or disabled within 24-72 hours
  • The user who posted the content will be notified of the takedown
  • Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated

5. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification.

Counter-Notice Requirements

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and phone number
  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district
