✨🍃MEA~Holistic Esthetician🍃✨ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mea at Alchemy Salon in Knoxville! Before seeing her, I had never had a facial and honestly knew nothing about skincare — it all felt so overwhelming with the endless information out there. From my very first appointment, Mea has been incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything in a way that feels approachable and informed. As a holistic aesthetician, she truly looks at the whole picture. She doesn’t just recommend products or services — she thoughtfully explains *why* she’s suggesting them and always gives me options so I feel informed and in control of my choices. You can tell she is genuinely passionate about what she does and deeply intentional about the care she provides. My appointments with her have become one of my favorite ways to relax and care for myself. Her office is the ultimate zen, magical, whimsical space — a perfect reflection of her calming and nurturing energy. She takes such amazing care of me every time. I have learned so much from Mea already, and I’m so excited to continue learning more. If you’re new to skincare or just looking for someone who truly cares, I cannot recommend her enough! ✨

I only wish I had knew about this place sooner! I don't plan on ever going to another salon again. Nowhere else I have ever been has matched the kindness, warmth, professionalism, and comfort of this salon! Hayley did a phenomenal job cutting my hair, was friendly, and personable! When I first walked in I was taken aback by the warm and positive atmosphere, I can genuinely say this is the first salon I have ever been to where I felt safe and welcome. I really enjoyed the room where they shampoo your hair, it was cozy and tranquil. It looks small from the outside, but the salon is actually huge! I tell everybody about Alchemy Salon!

First of all, what a cute salon! The vibe was chill and cool- a great place to pamper yourself. I saw Haley for my cut and I highly recommend! Haley has not only skill, but also great chat so the time goes by so easily. The hair wash (always my fav part) was excellent. I could have fallen asleep! Haley gave me exactly what I wanted for my cut and she is unreal with a blow dryer... my blowout lasted almost a whole week. I almost hope my hair grows out fast so I can go back

I have been going to Alchemy Salon for 15 years. Courtney has cultivated a welcoming and soothing environment where everyone is knowledgeable and professional. Recently I began booking appointments with the aesthetician, Mea Passmore, for skincare. She is truly amazing! My skin has never looked better. She is very good with the science behind the procedures.

Absolutely loved my experience at Alchemy. Haley was incredible. I'm new to the area and have never had long or dyed hair before, so I was initially nervous. She offered thoughtful, helpful advice about caring for curls and even gave great local hiking recommendations. Her communication during the consultation and after was spot-on; I felt truly heard and left with more than I was hoping for. The space itself has such a calming, welcoming vibe, and the whole experience felt safe, relaxed, and affirming. Everyone deserves a salon experience like this. I walked out feeling completely transformed. Before & after photos below.
