Alive Co is honestly such a lovely place to visit. From the moment you walk in, the team make you feel comfortable and completely at ease. I had fat freezing and FMS treatments and the results have been genuinely noticeable, but what I appreciated most was how personalised and judgement free everything felt.

From the moment we walked into Alive, we knew we were in the right place. Tamara, Ebonee & Chloe are absolute angels! Warm, genuine & completely non-judgemental. They create such a safe & comforting space that you instantly feel supported, not scrutinised. We actually look forward to our weekly treatments here! Starting a weight loss journey can feel intimidating, especially after so many previously failed attempts. Alive Co tailored a plan for us in less than 30 minutes & my partner & I are so grateful we chose to begin this chapter with them. I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt welcoming, relaxed and genuinely positive. The team are very personable and take the time to listen and explain everything clearly so you feel comfortable and looked after. Tamara (the owner) has an incredible presence. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for people. Nothing felt rushed or sales focused. Just honest and caring. I wanted to focus on a couple of little areas I just couldn’t seem to reach with diet and exercise alone. The fat freezing body sculpting results were clearly noticeable (even if I found it really hard to drink 2L of water in the days afterwards #worthit) and have given me a little pep in my step that I haven’t had a quite a long time. Excellent service, awesome vibe and authentic people who truly know what they are doing. ❤️🧚👑

I have been going to Alive & Co every week since the middle of January. I went in to give this a chance as I have not had much result in the past with anything I have tried. Since my first consultation I have had the best experience with the team there. Everyone is extremely helpful and experienced with their recommendations, and I am already starting to notice a positive change and am feeling much better about my body. I’ve been a client of these goddesses for six months, for both fat freezing and FMS, and the results have been unbelievable! I’ve worked on three areas, lower abdomen, inner thighs, and neck, as well as FMS for tummy definition. Over the time my stubborn fatty areas (little pockets that won’t budge, which everyone has) have reduced dramatically - like, inches, kgs, and loads more tone and definition. My neck especially has literally been reshaped and it’s changed my whole face. I look younger and brighter, and feel incredible and it’s all non-invasive, and NO PAIN! No recovery and no issues 💖 Even better than all that, is the experience! Tam and the team became fast friends… I look so forward to going in for a session and catch up. The care and fun and love at Alive Co is REAL, authentic, genuine. I had never given myself the time and attention to really invest in my body before and I’m so glad I did!
