Today was first day here. Wow! The customer service is fantastic! Ann and Vivian were amazing. They were so gentle, sweet and spoke softly. I have never been this relaxed in any other place. This is will be my new to go place. The place was clean, they used new materials, the bossa nova music in the background was perfect and relaxing. The massage was out of this world. I am in awe! Where has this place been all my life! Also the prices were very fair.

I came here once and came back specifically for Lynn the facility is nice clean they have a nice bar selection and a point system which I love the real gem here is Lynn she is so sweet and really listens to all my details. Sometimes I feel shy to ask but she always makes me feel comfortable and always asks if I like what she has done before she proceeds to the next step I’m so happy to call her my new nail lady and this place is lucky to have her thank you Lynn !

We had a wonderful experience. The salon is very clean and welcoming. We were taken back right away for a walk in pedicure and the pedicure was very thorough! Would recommend. 10/10

Updated review 04/01/22- updating from my previous 2 star review. I called on Tuesday and the manager offered to give me an appointment to get a new set free of charge. I went in this morning and did wait about 20 minutes but they seemed very busy at the time and their phone was ringing off the hook so that’s really not bad. I want to say it was the manager who redid my gel nails. He said it seemed as though my nails were not buffed enough last time prior to the tech placing the gel polish on. I really enjoy the way they look this time. Am quite happy. If I experience chips in the next few days I will update this review but for now I am very pleased with the way this was handled by management and will be returning! 03/29/22- I really want to love this salon especially since the first set I had done I was totally in love with (last photo, blue set). I don’t remember the names of the technicians that did my nails, but if it helps management at all the first time I went in my appointment was on Saturday Feb 19th at 10am and it was a male technician. I waited not even 10 minutes. That set lasted me over 2 weeks before chipping!! Was very happy This time, my appointment was on Saturday March 26th at 9:30am and despite having an appointment I waited 25 minutes before being seated at a station + an additional 10 minute wait before the female technician brought me the book to choose a color. I wanted glitter on my ring finger. I felt like she rushed the manicure and the glitter placement was so awkward. It just doesn’t look right. On one hand there’s one large piece of glitter and on the other hand there’s 3. I also found it strange my fingers burned so bad each time they went under the lamp. That didn’t happen the first time. Now, just 4 days after my manicure they’re chipping 🙃 not happy at all and considering choosing a new salon to go to but want to give them one more chance since I loved my first set. Going in again to have this set fixed will update my review after
