Archer Bodyworks is probably my favorite place to be in Plattsburgh (and Dena has become one of my favorite people!) 💗 I have spent many happy hours in this beautiful environment enjoying so many proactive and effective treatments. I’ve loved every service I’ve tried, and can’t wait to try more (next up - the sauna/scrub combination and ashiatsu massage!). To top it all off, Dena and Rachel excel at what they do, are extremely knowledgeable, and are a true joy to be around. I am an expert when it comes to my own self-care, and I have to say I feel so lucky that I stumbled on this spa while visiting Plattsburgh last year, it’s a true gem 💗

I recently experienced a Neo Lift face massage at Archer Bodywork, and I can honestly say the tension melted away within minutes. This is a newer service, and after just one session I immediately booked again. Dena Archer has a truly intuitive and calming approach. The focus on releasing stress and tension in the face, scalp, and chest was incredibly effective—deeply relaxing without feeling invasive. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding there until it was gently released. What really stood out is how intentionally this service supports the nervous system. A balanced nervous system promotes better sleep, improved digestion, and stronger immunity—supporting beauty and wellness from the inside out. You can truly feel that holistic intention throughout the session. The atmosphere was peaceful, grounding, and thoughtfully curated, making it easy to fully unwind. From start to finish, the experience felt restorative and intentional. The care, skill, and presence Dena brings to her work are exceptional. If you’re carrying stress, jaw tension, headaches, or simply need deep relaxation, I highly recommend this service. It was such a wonderful experience that rebooking was an easy decision.

My first facial-but will not be my last. Rachel was fabulous and the spa was so relaxing. My skin was glowing when I left! Such an amazing experience all around.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Neolifting today and enjoyed it thoroughly. Dena did a great job. And made me feel comfortable with process as we went along while encouraging me to relax and let myself have some time to de-stress. Plus my face looked great afterward! Thanks Dena.

Archer Bodyworks is the place to go when you want to relax and take care of your body and soul. My recent introduction to Ashiatsu Massage was just fabulous, and I highly recommend!
