I absolutely love this place. Perfect customer service and the aesthetic is everything and more. I showed Amanda a picture online and she went over and beyond with my pedicure as well as my designs. Very fast and friendly and did amazing on each nail

I recently moved to Memphis and was so blessed to find Artisan Nail Lounge for my first mani/pedi in Memphis! My technician, Jennifer, did an excellent job with my mani/pedi. I will definitely be returning to Jennifer every 2-3 weeks for all “my mani/pedi’s from now on! The salon was very clean, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and my entire experience at Artisan Nail Lounge was excellent!

Third time here and it’s been great each time! It’s so relaxing. I love the decor and there is something about having a relaxing curtained ‘room’ that makes it feel so much better. I wish other places were like this. It feels like a spa not just a commercial salon! 100% recommend.

I can’t rave enough about how fun and relaxing the experience was at Artisan Nails. My friends and I went on our day off, and the overall atmosphere, service, and attention made it feel like a true spa experience. We genuinely had a great time. Two of us received the “NEW” NUXE & Oil Candle Pedicure (70 minutes), one person got a refresh pedicure, one got a Gel-X manicure, and one of the girls’ husband received a full mani-pedi. One friend also got acrylic nails. Everyone enjoyed the experience and loved how our nails looked when we left. That said, I’m disappointed with the quality and longevity of the nails, especially given the price point. We went on the 2nd, and our nails are already chipping and lifting. This includes both gel polish and acrylic services. For reference, after the 20% group discount (we had 5 people): Acrylic set: $330 + $40 tip Gel polish service: $220 + $40 tip At these prices, we expected the nails to last significantly longer. I’ve attached photos showing the issues we’re already experiencing. Overall, I would rate the experience and service very high, but unfortunately the nail quality did not match the cost. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency because the potential here is definitely there. The manager did reach out on 2/10/2026 and tried to fix mine and my friends nails but we were not able to come. nevertheless, I love that they tried to make it right
