5 stars for my cut and gloss with with Andrea at B.Luxe! She is such an expert in all things hair but especially thankful for her help with covering my grays/whites and cutting my curls for me. This was my first visit to B.Luxe and I cannot wait to come back! There are snacks, coffee, tea, and magazines in the waiting area to welcome you as you come into the salon and then everyone in it is so kind and inviting. Getting my hair done with Andrea was relaxing, fun, and all around delightful! Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Heather! She helped me with refreshing a wig topper. She shared techniques and products to help with maintenance and offered suggestions for a future purchase. The salon is gorgeous with a room dedicated for just wigs/toppers. Such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Heather, I will be back when I’m ready for a new topper!

There could never be enough beautiful words to say about this location and Heather, the owner and The most amazing hearted human that I have ever met in my life. I’m currently going through stage for cancer and I reached out to Heather in desperation after having searched for months for a quality wig and someone who really cares and is passionate about helping me navigate this journey and new normal. Not only was Heather immediately responsive but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. I explained to her that I had an upcoming benefit and needed a wig in a very fast fashion - not only did she have a full stock of the most beautiful wigs I’ve ever seen but she took hours showing me how to wear, install, properly fit, take care of and all the above. She even informed me that my insurance would cover a portion and even facilitated that process for me. I am mind blown by her kindness, her passion and her knowledge. I will never go anywhere else again. And I can’t even begin to explain how beautiful her location is. You feel nothing but love immediately when you walk in. Her staff treat her like she is a queen and a friend at the same time which means you know she’s a great boss and treats her employees very well. It was a Wednesday evening and it was packed in there full of smiling faces, laughing employees. I loved every second of it!!!!!

Emilee is great. She listens to you and what you want. I have long hair and she is patient and thorough. The strands at the end get the same attention as the ones at the beginning. That is hard to find. Monique tints and curls my lashes here as well. Again, the attention to detail here is impeccable. These two ladies are fabulous and the staff overall is always courteous and helpful. I always leave here feeling like a new person. I would highly recommend this salon.

I had an amazing experience at b.Luxe with Heather for a wig consultation! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and respected. Heather has a genuinely upbeat personality and exudes compassion, kindness, and patience. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and guided me through options that suited my needs and lifestyle. We discussed the differences between human hair and synthetic wigs, pros and cons of shorter vs longer styles, and how wigs are crafted and maintained. She is so knowledgeable--I asked ALL the questions and quickly realized how lucky I was to be working with the top professional in the wig industry in this area. She let me try on anything I wanted and even went out of her way to "fix" my current wig with a quick steam and trim. I left feeling confident and supported and I am so grateful for her expertise. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment and working with Heather to create the perfect wig for me!
