We absolutely love Chop It Like It’s Hot! Both of my boys (4 and 1.5) have their hair cut by Maisie, and they adore her. She always has fidget toys at the ready for them to play with, which keeps them entertained and they really look forward to getting their haircut. Maisie is incredible with children — patient, calm, and genuinely caring — and she really listens to exactly what we ask for every time. Both of my boys have curly hair, and finding someone who can cut it properly hasn’t been easy, so we feel so lucky to have found Maisie. The biggest testament to how amazing she is? My youngest won’t sit still for two minutes at home — yet he happily sits still for his entire haircut with Maisie and not even on my lap! On top of that, all of the staff at the salon are so friendly and talented. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely lovely. We couldn’t recommend Chop It Like It’s Hot more highly!

Chop it Like it's Hot is the best hairdressers salon in town by a mile. The girls are amazing hairdressers and have a knack of knowing exactly what style and colour would suit you best and are very on trend. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon is really smart and trendy and I love going there. The girls are amazing. Maisie and Jordan are wonderful stylists and friends and you will always come out of there feeling and looking a million dollars.

My son has his hair cut by the sweet and funny Jordan. She is super engaging, patient and makes his experience fun ( I love how confident my son is when chatting with her - he is so chatty!). His natural wavy hair cut is always amazing. She is fab at listening and giving him exactly what he wants. I have recently had my haircut my Maisie. I was very apprehensive about cutting my hair as transitioning into menopause means I have lost a lot of hair density. Maisie was very reassuring and we spoke at length about about to improve the condition of my hair longer term by using fantastic products and regular maintenance. I really appreciated her interest and kindness as I have lost a lot of confidence. The haircut is fabulous and hair feels in better condition and fuller. Fingers crossed that my hair health journey means I’ll get some length back too. Overall these ladies are really welcoming and have a great attitude. They treat their clients with kindness and most importantly listen and advice appropriately. The setting is welcoming and modern and they are constantly adding to the aesthetic. Well done lovely ladies. You deserve all the success 💜💜
