Barbie was awesome! I brought my 11 year old here as a walk in. Within 5 minutes, he was in the chair getting a badly needed haircut, and she was done maybe 10 minutes after that. He is happy which makes me happy! I would certainly bring him here again if I'm in the area.

Nicole is one of the sweetest person I have come by! She is good at what she does, I had a bad experience at one of the cost cutters and Nicole came highly recommended ! She will be my hairstylist from now on!!! I am very happy I took a chance ❤️

Missie is a patient wonderful hairdresser. She asks what you are looking for and confirms multiple times before she starts cutting. She starts cutting very slowly ensuring that it's what you want and it is not too short. She knows you can't replace what has come off. She colored my hair and took the time to really match my color. She did a such a great job she covered a mess I made but the way she did it nobody even knew I colored my hair. She matched everything precisely. I would recommend Missy to anybody in as far as the staff in the Southington location. They all work as a team. It's wonderful. Love to see camaraderie. Love to see how people can work as a team. Great place. Great people highly recommend them. I used to go to a very very high-end salon and can no longer afford it. It was very afraid of going to cost cutters but I feel I was blessed by meeting Missie she's just as good as all the hairdressers I've ever dealt with in the high-end salon. Maybe even better. Don't be afraid to try. You will learn that you don't have to pay top top dollar for excellent service
