I made an appointment to avoid disappointment (or waiting) even though usually I just drop in, though I usually have a dry trim, so it’s pretty straightforward & doesn’t take long. However, this time I decided to book, as I wanted a restyle etc. The staff are friendly & helpful, so when I booked & roughly explained what I wanted, they said it would take about 45mins. On arrival I was greeted with a smile & politely asked to take a seat (I was early). When it was my turn, a young lady showed me to the sink & chair, where I had my hair washed & a lovely little head massage (thank you 🙏 nice to be pampered 😆). Then the young lady took me over to the styling chair, & politely asked me to wait while she went to get Chloe the Hair stylist. Chloe was friendly and asked what sort of style I was looking for, so I explained the best I could. Chloe truly listened, & I felt reassured, which enabled me to relax. It’s nice to have a chat & some humour in a conversation, so I found it an enjoyable experience. I could tell that Chloe was confident in her ability, as she explained to me the process of the style I was looking for (Bob, blunt ends, slight angle, with movement/which does include light layering for movement). Honestly I was blown away with Chloe’s skills & ability to deliver the style I was looking for. It was even better than I’d hoped for. Brilliant 🤩!!!!! Thank you Chloe! I definitely recommend & will continue to visit Hair By Edwin on Rookery Lane. Thank you 🙏 xx ✨✨

I have been visiting this salon for over 10 years and I cannot recommend the team here enough! Chloe looks after my hair and nails, and her wealth of knowledge and expertise ensures fab results every time. Everyone here is so lovely and helpful, making it the perfect place for a pamper!

I found Chloe at Edwin and Co by accident, after I'd been let down by my previous hairdresser. I've been a regular for over a year now and wouldn't go to anyone else. Chloe is reliable, friendly and incredible at her job! Chloe made me feel at ease from my first visit, even though I was anxious about trying somewhere new. My hair is not easy but I leave the salon feeling fab and have had lots of compliments from friends and family. Overall, everyone in the salon is super friendly and professional and it's a great place to spend my limited self care time. Highly recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been going to Edwin’s for the last 10 plus years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have both my hair and nails done and each time I go I leave with a professional finish. All staff there are lovely and always feel welcomed. Highly recommend.
