I made a fist appointment- but turned up a day early!!! This seemed absolutely no problem and within 5 mins the salon had rearranged it. I think they realised how fed up I was feeling about my look. I came back and met Charley who was a delight. She explained I wanted a pixie cut and that was not her speciality but recommended Gina. Within 5 mons Gina was with me (I feel she certainly gave up her lunch break). Gina understood i want a radical, funky look and delivered exactly that. I left Elements salon feeling so much better, far from the frumpy 64 year old I had arrived as. I was walking taller and smiling. Thank you everyone at Elements, particularly Gina. I will be back 100%

Professional and friendly comes to mind. It was my first time using your services. Kielighy listened to what I wanted done to my hair. And offered extra suggestions: * long layers to give my hair a bit more lift. *added a fringe to give my face some shape. Kielighy also informed me I can drop in to get a free trim on my fringe between cuts. That's nice to know. Thanks again.

Very frendly did exactly what i asked for as i wonted the back taken very short and it was perfect cant wait to get booked in again and looking to get it coloured as well would highly recomend and will be posting on my facebook page
