This was my second time at the salon with Natasha and I have absolutely loved the whole experience. From the moment I walk in, I am warmly welcomed and offered to take my coat. I’m overwhelmed by the expertise that Natasha has given me and I’m looking forward to continuing my hair journey with her, it’s very exciting. The girls that wash my hair are all lovely and I thoroughly enjoy the head massage and the chair that gives my back a massage - thank you Molly and Izzy. Thank you to Leah, who kindly dried my hair, giving me her expertise about changing my hair colour. Thanks so much to you all, I feel totally pampered and I’m looking forward to my next appointment xx

Hi - Thanks Tracey. I really enjoyed my first visit to Energy and you made me feel very comfortable and welcome. It was lovely being made to feel like I had been there before. You were very friendly and the staff I spoke to seemed nice. You had a good look at my hair and listened to what I liked, suggesting very good ideas for my cut ( of thick hair to go shorter to collar bone length and more layered and shaped). The nice coffee at the beginning was very good. I loved the spacious comfortable and light salon rooms. I sat near the reception desk and there’s decent music playing - not too load so you can talk. It was good to have good lighting - not too bright and lots of natural light from the big windows. The chairs were big and comfy - loads of space and with nice massage chairs at the sinks. I enjoyed the calming had massage (good at removing my headache!). I am very pleased with my cut, wash, dry and waves with (the salon new on trial GHD dryer and straighteners). Looked very pretty and bouncy. The wavy curls - even with product on had dropped almost out a few hours later (with weight of thick hair). Hair still looked nice when I got up next day - though back to straight. I think it will be an easy style to look after as layers are long and I can still tie it up when I want too. I was in the salon for around 90 mins - but at least if you are given a lift to Darts there is plenty for people to do if waiting for you. It’s good to have parking too. Definitely happy with going to Energy and Tracey’s hair cut and style (after trying lots of places after moving to Devon a couple of years ago). I will be back when it needs cutting and would recommend. I was amazed by how big, busy and popular this salon is. Thank you again. Made me feel great! Nicky

This salon is absolutely amazing! Me and my sister come and see Leah and she does an amazing job every time. She ensures we are well looked after and comfortable. All the staff have been kind every time we’ve visited. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! ❤️

I started going to Amelie 2 years ago after my hair was previously over bleached and not well looked after by myself, the difference between my hair in the first photo in 2022 to now the second photo is insane!! She always gives me all the advice I need to help my hair and through a long process of appointments got my hair to how it is now, she gets my colour perfect every time and stays patient throughout each appointment - wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!! The whole salon is also so friendly and such a nice place to get my hair done

I'm a bit late writing this as my appointment was a few weeks ago but wanted to still say how great this salon is. I had neglected my hair for a few years and Ellie and Natasha did FABULOUS work with bringing it back to life with the cut and colour. My hair is very thick and I get quite self conscious as I sometimes feel my hair is a bit of a chore for hairdressers. Ellie and Natasha didn't make me feel like my super thick long hair was any bother and worked their magic making me feel at ease. The environment and the staff all seem lovely too, will defo come back!
