Rosie was great, she listened to exactly what I wanted and my hair looks and feels amazing! I was quite nervous coming to a new salon and getting such a big chop but all the staff made me feel very comfortable. The salon itself is beautiful and they use lovely products. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of products and service, especially compared to other salons in York.

I'm thrilled with my new hair. Freya listened carefully to what I needed and wanted and totally delivered. She had to rectify a previous awful hair cut so she had her work cut out and did a great job. The colour is exactly what I had in mind too. Thank you Freya and the team for making me feel so welcome (it was my first visit) and for the tea and the cheeky glass of wine :)

Freya saved my hair!!! She so kindly squeezed me in super quickly and did an incredible job fixing my hot roots and green ends. Every service with her is fun and delivered very professionally, I would recommend her to anyone!
