Seferina was my stylist this week and she did a wonderful job! She was also a great listener, which I feel is almost therapy while I'm in the chair. I saw Nicole last year and she had notes of my last cut, helpful as well. Definitely recommend online check-in.

Update: the owner got in touch and was very understanding of my experience. He refunded a portion of my total cost and addressed my concerns. Very disappointing experience. Jenna, the stylist doing my hair seemed very inexperienced. She didn't wet my hair before cutting (I had to tell her that), kept dropping the comb and scissors and did a very shoddy job I asked for front bangs and layers, even showed her multiple reference pics to understand the design but she didn't seem to know how to achieve the look. Even if I count it as one of those days, her lack of technique and ability to handle thick hair seemed lacking.
