I booked an appointment with Olivia for my 5 year old little girl who had done a DIY job on her hair, Olivia was very warm and welcoming and made my daughter her number 1 priority! Olivia asked my daughter how she wanted her hair and would double check with me to make sure I approved. Olivia done a beautiful cut and my daughter had the biggest smile throughout! I will definitely be visiting in the near future to get a hair cut by Olivia.

Finally found a warm, welcoming hairdressers or salon as they are called these days! Professional yet not intimidating, knowledgeable and friendly, one is easily at ease. I was actively listened to by Brandi, the stylist, when discussing my various ideas and concerns. Making suggestions of her own she clearly explained the style. Her precise cutting resulted in an outcome accurate to our discussion. For the first time in many years I left the salon with confidence and joy. Finally found a salon I will return to!

Start to finish was just a great experience. All the little extras for a first time customer really made me feel special (and who doesn’t love a freebie). Jordan was lovely and welcoming and listened to my very limited requests, unlike many stylists I’ve seen over the years, she was gentle and measured with the free rein I gave her. A very good sales woman too with the products afterwards!
