I did my research, read the reviews and glad I booked the Hayato. I got my hair curly permed and love it. Found out recently I had wavey/curly hair and wanted to quickly train my hair to be curly. Anson was amazing, he took his time, checked with me on all steps and between them. We didn't do small talk as I let Anson work and my anxiety really love that. Anson work in silence as I knitted on the chair. Showed my inspiration pictures and came out as I wanted. Even gave tips on how to style and manage my hair. Again really glad I booked because I have an extra bounce in my step now.

I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist, Juri. I had a cut and Japanese hair straightening, and my stylist Kazuna was highly skilled and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable. My hair is softer than silk!

Went for the headspa with a friend and it was a really relaxing and fun experience. Yuko and Misaki were so lovely, attentive, and detail oriented. Head and shoulder massage was lovely, surprised I kept awake!

I was gifted the scalp treatment by my friend, and cared for by Hiroki. I had a great experience: I came out relaxed and my hair felt light and bouncy. Hiroki was really skilled and clearly very knowledgeable, but also really soothing to be with. The rest of the staff was also lovely: everyone was really polite, and I was offered tea upon arrival as I was a bit early. I would definitely recommend it!! I would have never thought of doing it had it not been a gift, but as the first time in months I managed to switch off my thoughts, I would consider doing it again, and maybe for a haircut next.

Highly recommend for hair stylist Hiroki! He is amazing and has hands on 10 years experiences. I told him I want to be like DJ Soda's hairstyle. He make it for me exactly what I want. Since I arrive to London, I have been looking for good hair stylist. I am picky to let someone have my hair cut. Go with "Hiroki'' for haircut. You won't regret. He is professional. 100% Recommend! 👍
