Love love love!! I decided to give Headcase a try recently and had an appointment with Megann. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, I have never felt more comfortable getting my hair done. She even acknowledged my natural wave texture and was happy to help teach me what products and methods I can use to bring it out. I am OBSESSED with how my hair came out! I got a perm done by Sara & she did such an amazing job!! She was so awesome at explaining all the steps & took such great care of me. The customer service in this salon is fantastic. Had the best experience here!!! I am a first time customer here and I've got to say since the first day I walked in for my consultation it felt like the right place to be. Very friendly and understanding staff. Very respectful and reasonable pricing for what I wanted. Sarah did an outstanding job!!! I absolutely love my whole new look!!! Her and the staff are very fun to just chat with and have a great atmosphere!!! I will most definitely been coming back anytime and everything I need anything done!!!!
