I absolutely love Hot Head and here’s why you should too: I have tested Hot Head twice. Once 4 years ago with long hair and the second time was this week with short hair. The staff at Hot Head were consistent both times and both made me feel very comfortable in their abilities without knowing their work as hairstylists. I can’t remember the woman’s name that cut my hair 4 years ago but this week I got my hair cut by a gentleman, I think his name was Callum if I remember correctly. I’ve had bad hair cut experiences after cutting my hair short but Callum’s attention to detail put me at ease. He was very meticulous and listened to my confused and conflicting ideas about my vision and suggested what would work and what wouldn’t depending of the type of hair and hair density I have. It’s been 2 days and I have not only had people come up to me and tell me they love my haircut but they specifically complemented the hair stylist that did it saying that they’ve done an excellent work. And mind you, these were people who do not have knowledge of hairstyling at all. Hot Head has a relaxed, cool vibe, but not stand off ish, the type that puts you at ease. They’re super polite and hospitable, they offer you a beverage and a head massage while they wash your hair. It is a proper experience getting a haircut there and I find their prices very reasonable for what they deliver. They’re truly professional, good listeners and their work is fantastic. I seriously believe people miss out on a great hair cut experience if they don’t get a haircut at Hot Head at least once in their lives.

I have mid-length, wavy hair which I’ve never really known how to style properly. I booked a haircut with Jan a few weeks ago who did an amazing job of shaping and layering it. Weeks later it still looks healthy and the waves are much more prominent than they were before! Would highly recommend :)

I always fancied going to here to have my hair done, and finally I did! It didnt disappoint. Arty, quirky salon, I felt comfortable and at ease. Callum is fabulous! Hes a genius! I went in with dried out straw for hair, and came out feeling fab! Never had anyone do my hair like he did, such a lovely guy. Mucho pleased. 👌😊
