I have been going to John & Associates for over 20 years. Although I occasionally use their beauty treatments I mainly have my hair cut and styled by Becky. I have always been very happy has to how she cuts my hair and she has a very friendly and welcoming demeanour. From the front of house to all the staff that I have had contact with, they have all been excellent in their welcoming and professional manner. The complimentary hot drink from an extensive menu is a most welcome and refreshing part of the service. I would highly recommend John & Associates and in particular Becky for all your hair and beauty treatments. A 5 star service.

From start to finish, the atmosphere was calming and the therapist was not only skilled but also very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and to also offer insights during the scalp analysis which was really fascinating and informative too. The massage itself was pure bliss. I left the appointment feeling truly rejuvenated.
