Lisa was so good cutting my son Rafs hair, she made him feel comfortable through the whole process. Lisa also made me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervouse, hoping Raf will sit through the whole haircut process. All the little things make a big difference, Lisa also has a great sense of humour. Thanks Lisa for making the whole experience enjoyable.

I know no names so this is sort of awkward. Today I got my hair cut down to just above my shoulders with layers, and oh ma lawd my hair dresser was just so talented. She knew exactly what I wanted, and recommended curtain bangs for my face shape. She was excellent, very sweet and made me feel beautiful with my hair. She was this slightly chubby women with brown skin, and lovely dark long hair. A few times she went to go help other customers, and was decently fast, and very apologetic, she also calls everybody “darling” and I just love that so much. 10/10, I hope I get her again next time.

I had the pleasure of visiting Just cuts today and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely all the staff were. Their friendliness, knowledge of products and hair cutting techniques were above and beyond . Highly recommend these ladies .

The 5 stars I just gave go to Lara at this Salon. My mum used to see her over 25 years ago when Lara had her own salon in Wendouree, and I’ve been one of her loyal customers for years. Because I travel a lot, sometimes when I’m back in town Lara’s not available. I’ve got a couple of other go to’s when I’m back in Victoria, but they’re just not the same. Any business that has Lara on their team is very fortunate. She’s kind, and a true professional all the way. And we laugh, boy do we laugh. Every time I see her it’s like catching up with an old friend. For me to do a review I’m either really annoyed or really happy, every time I see Lara I walk away with a big smile feeling good about myself. A few years ago I was asked to do a bad review about someone, and I’ve worked with staff that do such things, and while I don’t do many reviews myself, I do read them. Lara is 5 stars all the way!!!
