I had an amazing experience at KC Nails! Lily was welcoming, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My nails came out exactly how I wanted — clean, beautiful, and high quality. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!

I had such an amazing experience! Lily did mine and she was so patient when she was waiting for me to pick out my color. This was the first time I’ve gotten my nails done professionally and she gave me ideas on shape that would look best on me. She was a fast worker, I was in and out quick. And the pricing we great! Definitely will come back again!

This nail spa is a breath of fresh air! The environment is relaxing, always clean, and Lily never runs late when I've scheduled an appointment - she's an absolute professional who values her clients. Lily is always accommodating and never tries to upsell me into additional services as many places will do. I finally found my forever nail spa!

Lilly (owner) is spectacular at her craft. I’ve been going to her for a long time, even during the journey of working for other nail salons and now currently as she has her own. She’s fast, great at design and reasonable with her prices. I’ll be seeing her every 3 weeks as long as I live in Chico!

Lily was wonderful. She was delicate, detail-oriented, took her time, asked throughout how I liked my nails. She made sure it was what I wanted. It was even better than the picture. Friendly, artistic, exceptional customer service!! Great hospitality.100 stars!!
