Taylor, in particular, has been my go‑to therapist, and her knowledge, professionalism, and calming presence are unmatched. Over the years, I’ve been gifted spa days and treatments at various hotels and well‑known spas, and while they’ve been lovely, none of them have ever come close to the quality, consistency, and personalised care I receive at K:Spa. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the treatments are exceptional, and the whole experience feels truly bespoke. This was my first visit to k:SPA having got a voucher for Christmas. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome, everyone was so friendly. My therapist Louise made me feel comfortable and relaxed. A pregnancy massage is a bit more awkward to a normal one but was perfect and I was made to feel comfortable. I will definitely return in the future.

Great experience, super friendly staff, relaxing rooms and atmosphere. Would highly recommend! Sophie was really good, very easy to talk with and matched me as I got more relaxed and quiet in a great 45 minute stress buster massage. Will be booking again and with Sophie. Thank you!
