I am a first time customer who plan to come back! The owner was the first one to speak with me and she was very helpful and welcoming. They offer you drinks before sitting you down. I made an appointment online seamlessly and paired up with Timmyra. Timmyra not only made the experience of getting my nails done great but she was also very easy to get along with! She pays very close attention to what I envisioned and executed perfectly! She is such a wonderful artist and takes pride in her work while striving to be professional! 10/10 experience with such amazing people at this amazing nail salon!

I had the loveliest and most relaxing experience at Luxia Nail Spa. From the moment I arrived, Annie was incredibly welcoming, and I was immediately taken to my chair in the most beautifully aesthetic spa. I booked my appointment a couple of days in advance, and it was such a relief to not have to wait and to know exactly what everything was going to cost ahead of time. Their menu is clearly outlined on their website, and once I was in the chair, they were completely honest and transparent. If anything, they actually saved me money, which I truly appreciated. Annie immediately asked if I’d like something to drink, offering options like a mimosa, soda, water, or tea; which set the tone for how elevated and thoughtful the service was. Brian, my technician, was absolutely kind, attentive, and hospitable. He had no issue with me taking a phone call while he worked and continued to take incredible care of my nails. I’ve genuinely never had a technician who paid such close attention to detail and truly took pride in their service. There was no rushing, no juggling multiple clients at once (which I’ve experienced at a different company), and the communication throughout was excellent. He was thoughtful in helping me choose the right base color for my French set, took his time, and after my call even checked in to see if I’d like another drink. Once we started chatting, he was so personable and warm. Every staff member I encountered had a smile on their face and was incredibly polite. I truly felt treated like royalty—no exaggeration—compared to past nail salon experiences. The spa itself is stunning, feels truly luxe, and they even have the sweetest Disney princess pedicure chairs in the back for children. This was my first time at Luxia, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The level of service felt premium, yet the cost was no more than what I’ve paid anywhere else. I will 100% be back. They officially have a new returning customer! ✨💅

First visit to Luxia and I am so impressed. The spa is GORGEOUS and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Alex did my nails and I was in and out in 30 minutes (acrylic fill in). Annie was at the reception desk and she was so nice. Five stars!
