Shout out to Mac who hooked me up exactly what I had in mind for my next style. Since this was my first time going to him, he prepared prior to my arrival (which was awesome in my book) by asking for current pics of my hair and a pic of what style I had in mind. Then when I got there we talked a lot about what I wanted in this style and current style likes and dislikes. Very thorough and just an overall awesome experience! Thanks, Mac. I’ll see ya in a few weeks for my next appt!

Ambassador is by far the best barber and human to touch my hair, he understands it perfectly, knows when it is growing tells me how I should specifically take care of my hair. He has the best conversations and I always feel welcomed and cared for in his seat. His variety of flexibility on any type of hair makes him incredibly special for anyone who has had problems with someone cutting their book with Ambassador 😉

it’s been awhile since i’ve gotten a haircut i’ve been happy with and Mac hooked me up with a low fade and a trim off the top for my curly thick hair. i appreciate the time he spent with it. Mac uses essential oils with a warm towel instead of alcohol which i like a lot more and in general he has great customer service and a genuine attitude. i’ve been looking for a barber for awhile now and i’ll be coming back to him from now on.

I came to Mac wanting to cut off some of my Locs for an undercut. Let me just say…. He absolutely SNAPPED on this cut! I gave him creative control and he free handed a design to the GAWDS! The website is super easy to navigate to make an appointment, and the shop is quaint and easily accessible. Spa treatments and products used available as well. The space is LBBTQ+ welcoming, and I can’t wait to return!
