Incredible service all round. Second to none and why Mark Hill, his Salons and products are #1 internationally. Mark makes each and every person feel welcome and is personally invested in all clients and families. He has not forgotten his roots and where and how he started and the hard work it took to make it to where he is.

I really enjoy my visits to the salon. Everyone is very kind and helpful from the moment I go through the door, nothing is every too much trouble. The measures taken to keep everyone safe and secure fill me with confidence. The decor is calming and there is such a happy atmosphere throughout the salon. Most importantly though, I get the best cut, style and colour that I have ever had. I always feel so happy and comfortable with my hair after each visit . As well as being an amazing hairdresser, Julian Is a great conversationalist both interesting and fun. Tricia

Love the new look to the salon - looks fab! Great to finally have my hair cut by someone who knows what they're doing (namely not me!!) Lovely to see Penny who has managed to tame my locks in her usual expert way. :-) The salon was clean, organised, friendly and as efficient as usual. Felt very safe with all the new measures. Having heard some great recommendations I was really excited to come for my appointment. I had met Jarrod when I came for my consultation and felt he understood what I was looking for, well I certainly wasn't disappointed! Delighted with the colours which are stunning and love the cut and finish, overall salon experience went way above my expectations. I've already rebooked and have had some great compliments. Happy to recommend, thank you also to your lovely Receptionist for her help and kindness.

Do love my time there! Tash is great! Its always a pleasure to see Tash! and great to have my hair feeling so well and professionally styled and coloured again at last! I loved it! Ellie was also really pleased to have Tash cut and style hers again too, she said she doesn't trust anyone else to do it as its really reassuring to have it done by someone that she has complete confidence in and is so nice and that she comes away feeling so pleased with it every time. When visiting dads carehome on the way home the young caseworker said how lovely Elsie's hair looked (and wasn't just said because we had been to the hairdressers because she didn't know!). Thank-you from us both for making us feel so good!
