I came to massage envy with neck and upper back tension from working a desk job. This is the second time getting Dalina. She requests feedback to ensure you are getting a therapeutic yet comfortable massage. I left feeling relief and will be back! Highly recommend Dalina! I also always have a great experience with the front desk. Always very welcoming and make you feel right at home! Highly recommend the Shops Blvd location in St. Johns, FL

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Front desk staff always greets me upon entering and is engaging after my appointment. Diya, the manager recognizes me and even knows me when I call; awesome customer service. The facility is clean and organized, very welcoming. I've had both massages and facials - top notch therapists with many years experience. They ALL know what they are doing and then some. Highly recommend this location; you'll leave with a smile!

I had the pleasure of visiting yesterday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The receptionist, Hanna, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and open-minded. She answered all my questions thoroughly and guided me through the entire process with ease. My massage therapist, Galena, provided an exceptional treatment. Her professionalism and skill were evident throughout the session, and I truly enjoyed every moment. Everything went smoothly with no concerns whatsoever. I would highly recommend both Hanna and Galena, and I look forward to scheduling my next appointment. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Absolutely the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience Every Time at Saint Johns Massage Envy! I’ve had such consistently wonderful experiences at Massage Envy, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. I have been to other ones and it’s not even close to be this great. Natalia is one of the best esthetician I’ve ever had . Her technique, knowledge, and calming presence make every facial feel transformative. She listens, customizes, and always leaves my skin glowing. I also absolutely love Dalina, my massage therapist. She is incredibly skilled and always knows exactly what my body needs. Every session with her feels therapeutic, relaxing, and restorative. And I have to give the biggest appreciation to the manager of this location Diya. She is absolutely amazing. Diya so flexible with my schedule, always works with me, and even squeezes me in for double appointments when needed. Her kindness and professionalism make the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. I truly enjoy being a member here. The service, the people, and the overall atmosphere keep me coming back again and again. Highly recommend!
