It was pretty ok. No real complaints. I think $130 for a 1 hr massage is high. What I got was not worth that much and my tip. Thats what “non-members” pay. I’d recommend Body, mind and Spine down the road. It’s cheaper and has more of a small business, quality over quantity ambiance.

I had a great massage from Teal (Shawnteal) last night. She was thorough and had enough deep pressure to get to my tough knots and really work out my tight muscles. Highly recommend her if you need this type of service.

First visit, I was very impressed with front desk very professional. I got a 90 minute massage with Katherine. She was great and listened to me about my problem areas and delivered. I didn’t feel like she was going through the motions or she was distracted, as I have experienced at other places in the past.
