Babyyyyyyyyyyyy let me tell you. This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The service was amazing 😻 100/100. My nails and toes are absolutely gorgeous. Mimi does great work on nails and pays great attention to detail. Definitely a customer for life. Oh and the drinks….. 🍹 BOMB

I absolutely love Milano Nails Spa and cannot say enough good things about this place. The entire team is wonderful, but the front desk truly sets the tone. Anna and Mason are always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating with my schedule. Whether I have an appointment or just walk in, they always make it work and somehow manage to remember me every time. They even remember my drink order and often bring it out without me having to say a word, which makes the experience feel really personal. I moved into Elyson about four years ago and tried several nail salons in the area before finding Milano. None of them compared. I’m pretty particular about my nails, and even when I ask for very specific details or want a nail filed a certain way, no one here has ever made me feel judged or uncomfortable. They’re always patient and more than willing to accommodate. I typically get my nails done by Huey, which was actually such a pleasant surprise. Before moving here, he was my nail tech at another salon, and I had no idea he worked at Milano. One day I was sitting there getting my nails done and saw him walk by, and it genuinely made my day. Now I usually book Huey for my nails and Hannah for my toes. Hannah just did my fingernails this last visit and did a phenomenal job. Adrianna has also done my nails a few times, and her work has always been great as well. This has been my go to nail salon since moving to Elyson, and every visit has been a consistently good experience.

The service received here today was Excellent. Upon entering I was greeted warmly and escorted to an area to be assisted. I’ve been going to Shayla for 3 years now, and she has never missed. Her talent is truly impeccable. Every single design I’ve asked for, she has brought to life perfectly. Her work is always flawless, detailed, and exactly what I want. Beyond her talent, Shayla is genuinely one of the sweetest, most loving people with such a caring heart.
