I had a wonderful experience at Milano Nail Spa in Frisco! The manager was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the service was top tier from start to finish. My gel pedicure was done so delicately — I truly felt pampered and cared for the entire time. The salon is clean, relaxing, and professional. I’ll definitely be joining their VIP membership. Highly recommend!

Found this amazing nail salon while I was driving by. Didn’t realize that they had just opened up recently. Thought I’d give them a try because the previous nail salon I used to go to didn’t provide me with the best quality work anymore for the prices they charge. Lena was my nail tech and when I say amazing, omg! From the moment I sat in the chair until the moment, I left, she made me feel so welcomed. She was very detailed and did such amazing work on my nails. The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this new nail salon. Will forever be my go to.

We checked four salons during the aftermath of the storm and they were the only one open. Had a promotion to get nails done with a pedicure and was in and out within an hour for two people. They wanted to speak to you and offered something to drink and watch. Theyre from my hometown in Boston so it was a homey atmosphere. Highly recommend! Absolutely fabulous. Wonderful people great job on my French nails. Like legit good and I’ve been getting nails done for over 20 years. Lena was amazing. Tina did his toes and did fabulous. It’s clean have a vodka relax and enjoy the top notch service. It does come with a top notch price. Never seen a 100$ pedicure but I can only imagine it’s amazing bc everything we received was fabulous!!

I recently relocated to the area and needed a new nail place. Came across Milano and had a dip power nails done today. It was beyond my expectations. I was welcomed warmly by the staff named Barry right away. I was given sufficient time to pick my color with no sense of rush. Christina was the technician who did my nails and it came out very nicely. They even offered complimentary drinks! Being the first time customer I was given a generous 20% discount. 10/10.
