I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new nail salon, but Milano Nail Spa Willis was a great find. The salon is clean, welcoming, and very well run. John did my nails and he was amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and really took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. I walked out very happy and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend, especially if you are new to the area and looking for a place you can trust.

🎀🌸Cherry Blossom Nails🌸🎀 Today was my first day trying this place out and I love this place and the workers I showed pictures to give a rough estimate of what I was wanting and Annie nailed it I’m very pleased with the outcome of what I was wanting The people are super friendly / manager is sweet and professional I never ever got cut or hurt. They was very carful and gentle This is the only place I will go to for my nails and feet for now on 10/10 wish I could give more than 5 stars because you guys are amazing ✨💖

My first visit to Milano was such a great experience! Tiffany did an amazing job on my deluxe pedicure — she was so sweet, attentive, and incredibly precise. It was beyond relaxing and exactly what I needed! Dustin absolutely nailed my full set. I usually never go for designs, but he was so detailed and took his time to make sure everything was perfect — I’m obsessed with how they turned out! He truly exceeded my expectations. And as someone who only drinks every once in a blue moon, I really appreciated the drink options — such a nice touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. I’ll definitely be back! 💕
