I made an appointment for 3pm on a Sunday - few if any other places nearby are open that late over the weekend, so Nails Plus already won golden stars from me for convenience! My technician was fast, skilled and sweet. I'm delighted with my new set: acrylic extensions with a pink chrome gel finish and white Christmas present bow design. I needed to have some old gels removed, and I usually dread this part of the process as it can be hot and painful, but my lovely tech was extremely gentle. I'll definitely be back. Really nice to be made a coffee too.

I had such a lovely experience! The service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish friendly, attentive, and professional. The space was spotless and relaxing, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. They done exactly what I wanted, eventually much nicer than pictures I showed .
