Friendly, efficient, clean, detail oriented and consistent. I love the easy online appointment scheduling. I get hybrid gel nails with Fonda, and they always look beautiful....plus they last up to 3 weeks, which is great if you have a busy schedule or travel a lot.

This is the first nail salon I've ever been to. I booked online and they called me the next day. The lady on the phone was super nice! She walked me through everything and the difference between acrylic and hybrid gel. She even explained to me how the pricing works. I decided to go with the hybrid because she told me it's more gentle on the nails. I've been coming here for a couple months now and everyone here is so welcoming when I come in. I never thought I'd be the type to get my nails done, but I am now! They don't break anymore. BIG shout out to my nail tech kris!!!! She is AMAZING! She's super talented and one of the sweetest people I've ever met! Today, Helen did my first ever pedicure. They look wonderful! She is also kind and talented. This place always makes me feel welcomed. I always leave super excited. Thank you to everyone who works here for always making it such a great experience! All of you are fantastic!!!! ❤️

I have been coming to New Image for YEARS and they always provide excellent service and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Even when I left to go to college I found that I preferred to wait until I came home again just because I loved going here so much. Today I had a beautiful new set of nails (blue & white) done by Haylie (nails) and Lynn (design) and I am obsessed!! Previously, another example of how good these women are includes another beautiful set of nails (navy celestial) done by Malinda.
