I had a great experience with Ziyaad yesterday. He did an excellent job with my haircut and paid great attention to detail. On top of his skills, he was incredibly polite and professional. Highly recommend booking with him!

Honest review on one barber (1 star rating), and does not impact the place as whole. Overall, nothing but respect for this place and the owner. It's unfortunate that the standards are not respected by each barber who work here. Booked an appointment for 1130am, arrived on time. I understand things can run late, but it would be appreciated to inform your other clients who are waiting there. I waited more than 20 mins passed my appointment, and he was still working on a client's hair. The issue is he never took the time to inform me (new client) that he would be 20 mins late, and appointment needs to be pushed back. His colleague apologized for him, and I left. For someone with advanced status, and 5+ years experience, I would expect him to communicate better. I hope he can do better with his other clients. I will make sure to not book this person, as appointment time is not respected.
