Went in to inquire about facials and was treated so nicely by everyone I interacted with from the front desj to owner. Mackanzie was fabulous - great listener, very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Would feel comfortable returning for services.

This is more than just a Medspa—it is a place of genuine care . The facility itself is so beautiful and professional, but what truly sets this business apart is the unconditional patience and kindness shown by the owner, Mackenzie Prescher, and her team. From the moment I walked in, (LATE) 😏 on her first day back from maternity leave..... I felt completely welcomed and valued! 😊🤗 Mackenzie goes above and beyond to ensure client comfort and happiness, demonstrating a level of compassion I've rarely encountered in this industry or at all. I highly recommend Old Town Medspa, Burleson Texas for exceptional services, Quality products/merchandise, and truly heartwarming human kindness. Thank you so much!!!!! 💗🩷🤍💗🩷🤍💓🩷🤍

Alyssa was amazing at doing my lips. I had filler done elsewhere one time before and it was extremely painful so I was very nervous to get them done again. She numbed me so good that I felt maybe 3 pokes and even those were tiny pokes. I’m very impressed and highly recommend using her if you want your lips done. Also, my lips look damn good!

Andrea McTaggart — 5/5 (via Google) Feb 5, 2026

Mackenzie was absolutely AMAZING! The whole experience from beginning to end was one of a kind. She listened to what I wanted and then worked her magic🤩 I will definitely be using her for all of my injections

Julia Ward — 5/5 (via Google) Feb 8, 2026

Alyssa was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle, explained everything along the way, and made me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the med spa.
