Customer Reviews for Olena's Spa and Laser
Caitlin Gonzales — 5/5 (via Google)
Gordon is a godsend for all your laser needs. Truly, exceptionally, whatever your skin and nails need, his lasers will fix. He is patient, caring, takes his time, ensures you feel comfortable, and all your questions are answered. I’ve gone to him after other medspas and just never got the results I did here. His prices are fair and most times, one session is all you need, although as I age, my body and skin just keep upping the next need.
Valentina Zelinsky — 5/5 (via Google)
★★★★★ I honestly couldn’t be happier with my laser hair removal experience. From my first appointment I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Gordon is very professional and explained everything clearly he made sure I understood the process, which I really appreciated. The treatments were quick and not nearly as painful as I expected. I started seeing a big difference after just a few sessions, way less hair growth and super smooth skin. It’s honestly been such a confidence boost! 😁 The place is always clean and welcoming, and scheduling appointments has been so easy. I’m so glad I decided to do this and would 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about laser hair removal! I’ve only really worked with Gordon but the new owner has been very kind and easy to talk too. Also the new remodel looks amazing! 🤩

After a terrible experience with a different laser hair removal provider, I was leery to try it again. But I took my chances at Olena’s and couldn’t be happier. I’ve now been a loyal client to Gordon at Olena’s for 8 solid years now. I even moved to a different state 3 years ago, and STILL travel 5 hours to get my services from Gordon. He is professional, caring, and works with my schedule. And last but not least, the results have been life changing for me! Highly recommend!
Khias McAtee — 5/5 (via Google)
I had a fantastic experience at Olena Spa and Laser. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The treatment itself was excellent, and I could tell they truly care about quality and results, not just getting you in and out. If you’re looking for a place that’s professional, trustworthy, and genuinely focused on client care, I highly recommend Olena Spa and Laser. I’ll absolutely be back!
Emily Hoke — 5/5 (via Google)
Gordon’s laser treatment works amazingly well, is quick, and prices are very reasonable. Initially, I was skeptical of how well the laser would remove hair, and let me tell you it’s incredible and lasts a lifetime. Not shaving has been life changing. Gordon is friendly, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience positive. Highly recommend to anyone!
