I originally came in for a regular manicure with gel nails, and she delivered exactly what I asked for. Nothing more, nothing less, and no attempt to overcharge me. Her honesty and professionalism alone deserve recognition. What truly set Jeny apart was the experience she created. She made me feel so welcome from the very beginning. She not only gave me a flawless manicure, but also included a soothing hand and shoulder massage that left me feeling cared for and appreciated. Her touch was gentle yet thorough, and I could tell she genuinely wanted me to leave happy. I also want to share something personal, because it matters. I am of African descent and I am a Muslim woman. Too often, people of color face judgment in service spaces, but Jeny treated me with the highest respect and dignity. She made me feel like true royalty, which is who I am. That level of kindness and equality in customer service should not go unnoticed. I have been to Pablo Nails before and always had good service, but my time with Jeny was truly extraordinary. Vicky was awesome. I got a fill in for my Acrylic nails, and toes. And the basic pedicure. She did not rush anything and I left extremely happy with the result. I am very picky and I am always skeptical about trying a new spot. I would recommend this place to everybody
