This location is my favorite! Arden is absolutely amazing at everything she does! She’s always so sweet, friendly, professional, and makes every visit the best experience. She takes the time to explain options and make sure everything is set up perfectly. She goes into detail about everything including lotions and different beds also answers all questions thoroughly! You can tell she genuinely cares about the clients. I always look forward to seeing her there when I come in☺️Palm Beach Tan is so lucky to have her!

Arden is so sweet, fast and helpful! Hazeldell location is very irritating. The girl at the front will make people wait to check in while she explains all the membership options and all the lotions to a new customer. I have been there 3 times at night and she has done this.

Kylee at palm beach tan on 192nd, is amazing! I have been coming to this location for like a year now. This is the first time meeting Kylee and she is super sweet! From working in the tanning industry before I like to think I know a few things about tanning but she told me some really cool things that I had no idea about. She definitely went above and beyond tonight in making sure i had the best tan I could, in the bed I wanted, and getting the best color. She didn’t push lotions on me, the conversation was natural and not rehearsed. Kylee just had a great vibe about her and I hope to see her working next time I come in to tan! Oh yeah, no to mention, I came in later in the evening, like 30 min to close, (not cool) and when I got done there were 2 other people up at the front coming in to tan 1 min to close and she still had the biggest smile on her face, I felt for her. I know a lot of other girls in her situation would have had a completely different attitude. She might be pretty new here but handles it like a pro!
