Stephanie is an absolute massager of her craft!!… from the moment I walked in I was at ease and was treated with both warmth and professionalism. Stephanie guided me through the process seamlessly and my brows look incredible, I never thought my looks could improve this much!. I had such a good experience and was so happy so I got skin needling and wing eye tattooing. There is nowhere else I would go to as Stephanie is a pro and a lovely lovely woman also!

If you’re thinking about getting your eyebrows done platinum brows is the place to go! She was very patient and gentle. As you can see from my pic I barely had any eyebrow hair but I was very happy with the outcome. Truly the best! Service was 10/10. I loved every minute of it, from the moment I walked in to walking out of her cozy studio. Overall for the experience and the service I LOVED IT!!

I had my eyebrows done at Platinum Brows about a month ago and wanted to wait before posting my review to see the final result. At first, I was a little worried because the color looked lighter, but Stephanie reassured me and explained it was part of the normal healing process. She has always been so kind, patient, and attentive, even taking the time to repeat things when I didn’t fully understand and replying to my messages to reassure me. Today I went back for my touch-up, and once again she was absolutely lovely. I’m now very happy with the result and feel much more confident. Highly recommend, thank you Stephanie ✨❤️

Steph the owner does all of the appointments herself, knowledgeable, welcoming, such a vibe! Highly recommend for eyebrow tattooing and microneedling 🥰 if I lived in Brisbane or Sydney she would be my regular spot for sure!
