I have been coming to Pristine Nails for a couple years now. All of the ladies are amazing, the atmosphere is always upbeat, and the facility is always clean! While I usually see Sy, she was out sick and they still made time for me to be seen by Tatiana who did a fabulous job on my nails! Always a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place!!

Update*** I received a text from the manager, apologizing for the service I had received. I was offered the manicure I had originally requested, free of charge. I decided to give this salan another shot and I'm glad I did! Angie, the nail tech assigned to me was wonderful...she was very pleasant, patient and attentive, and her work on my nails came out amazing. I actually booked my next appointment with her I was that impressed. She took her time doing my nails and she even stayed after hours to complete them. I couldn't have asked for better. Many thanks to Angie and Pristine Nails 💙💙💙 I came here once before and received excellent service from my technician. Unfortunately she was not working when I came back next, and agreed to another tech working on my nails. I had originally came in wanting acrylics (for the first time) but ended up getting dip bc I DID NOT trust the tech assigned to me. First, she was very inattentive, constantly on her phone, talking with other staff about me, the condition of my nails, etc....she also spoke very little English, and was very inconvenienced when I tried speaking with her, and the person who translated for her seemed irritated as well. When working customer service, you need strong communication skills. My nails were also in very bad shape and had to cut them, as they were splitting badly. Apparently THAT was a problem also... At this point I'm very uncomfortable with this tech and said forget it, I'll get dip instead. Apparently that was an inconvenience as well. When it came time to pay, I had to tip them via cash app/venmo. I have neither of those apps. So when I asked to zelle instead I got eye rolls and she and another staff member starting laughing at me. I understand Spanish and I knew what they were saying about me. And on top of everything else, my manicure came out lighter than I had wanted. I love this salon, but that nail tech has GOT to go. Unfortunately due to this experience I won't be a returning customer.

I came here after a day of work and got there best foot service. This place atmosphere is AMAZING!! By far one of the best nail salons I have been in and I love that they had Christian music playing when I came in ♥️ the person that did my feet was amazing ! And she really took her time while doing them. I did have to come back to get my big toe fixed due to me chipping it … I’m not sure how but it was a easy fix and they weren’t upset with getting it fixed for me ! And the lady that fixed it was really nice as well and she made sure everything was fine. Even though I live in NC and I’m only here for work I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to be your next visit . I will be visiting again before I leave to get my nails done 🥹
