Hi I took my daughter to this salon on 8/10/18. Everyone was friendly and kind. My daughter has never had any chemicals in her hair. She truly has natural hair. I normally do her hair in small braids. I started taking her hair out and putting them in big braids because she has thick hair and her hair gets tangle easily. I had no idea what I was going to do to her hair ,just that I wanted a different hairstyle for her. So I was out laurel and ran across Sulvias Salon. I went inside with my daughter and talk to an stylist. I showed them her hair and let them no she has never had an relaxer or anything and if someone would be able to do her hair. They assured me that they could and would be able to do it now. I explain I was just in the area ran cross the salon and tomorrow would be better for us. So I took her there the next day . The owner & stylist’s were wonderful they made her and I feel comfortable and that’s very important to me. They took their time doing her hair. Once water hits my daughter hair the shrinkage is real. But they comb through her hair as If i was doing it myself. Very gentle not ripping her hair out as I’ve seen in other salons. When they were finished she went to get her hair blown out from another stylist. That stylist was amazing she made sure my daughter was ok and she put love into my daughters hair. The stylist in this salon does a great job. The end results were amazing. I will definitely be taking her back when I want this look again. Today is 8/31/18 and her hair is still beautiful. Oh they also pinned her hair up for me before I left. I know this is a long review and my first time ever doing one.But I had to tell you about our experience at Sulvias Dominican Salon.I have a before picture and after pictures.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE EDDY … she always does my hair. She is fast. She is always on time. She is consistent with her prices. The salon is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. They wash your hair and it is always squeaky!!! I remember at first came as a walk-in a few years ago, and I always come back.

Sulvia's Salon is great! They are very friendly and very customer service oriented. I always love my hair. The owner is very friendly and they give you a warm welcome every time I come. I did get my hair done by one of the older stylists and I did not like it. But overall it is an amazing place. I always come back. And the prices are great!!!!
