**Updated 2/21/26** I visited this office in December for Letybo based on a friend’s recommendation. She mentioned the office was nice and the prices were affordable — and both of those things were true. Unfortunately, my experience with the treatment itself was disappointing. I spent $400 on Letybo, and the results lasted only about three weeks before completely wearing off. When I called to discuss it, I was told that everyone metabolizes differently and was offered 4–5 complimentary units along with a small discount on Daxxify. I have been receiving neurotoxin injections for over eight years, and this is only the second time I’ve experienced results fading this quickly. The previous instance occurred when another spa accidentally over-diluted the product. After speaking with other providers and individuals familiar with these treatments, I was told that dilution can sometimes be a factor — though I understand there is no way to prove that in this situation. My main disappointment is with how the concern was handled. I wasn’t expecting free treatment, but a more solution-oriented response — such as offering the service at cost — would have demonstrated stronger customer care. I work very hard for my money, and it took me two months to save for this appointment while supporting my family financially. This was a rare splurge for myself, which made the outcome especially discouraging. Because of this experience, I unfortunately will not be returning. **UPDATE** Dr. Williams, the owner, personally reached out to me after my experience with Letybo, which meant more than I can say. She took the time to communicate with me thoroughly, answered my questions honestly, and offered to redo my treatment with Botox at cost, performing the injections herself. I truly appreciated the kindness, transparency, and integrity she showed throughout the entire process. It was clear how much she genuinely cares about her patients and stands behind her work. Because of the way this was handled, I feel very confident recommending this med spa. I’m grateful for the care I received and look forward to continuing treatment with Dr. Williams and Jayla in the future. Thank you so much ladies! 💜💜💜💜💜

I can’t say enough good things about Revive! This is my second time here and it is officially my go-to place for Botox and any other services I may need in the future. First, Jayla is excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and really makes you feel at ease. She answered all my questions and really listened to what I wanted. The placement of my Botox is always perfect! The atmosphere is calm, the staff amazing, just really great customer service. I’d highly recommend Revive to anyone!

There were too many good things that happened during the appointment to list. All I can say is everything from check-in to check out what's flawless. The staff is phenomenal. You can tell when someone is being kind because that's their nature we're kind because it's their job and the women that were working there that day were the good kind! Prices are very competitive. The space is beautiful, calm, relaxing and immaculate. I had neurotoxins done and the woman doing the injections was very experienced, listen to what my concerns were and did a phenomenal job. I will go back again and again. From my understanding they have a monthly plan that I'm probably going to join which brings their services down price wise. It was just a great experience.

Revive Med Spa exceeded my expectations! The office was absolutely beautiful—clean, calming, and so thoughtfully designed. My appointment was with Jayla, who was amazing from start to finish. She answered every one of my questions and took the time to explain the treatment in detail, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. I left feeling confident and cared for. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

I had the best experience with Ashley! From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly attentive and truly listened to what I was wanting and hoping to achieve, She's not only easy to talk to but also extremely knowledgeable and skilled, you can tell she really knows what she's doing! She was calming through the procedure, and my results are amazing. I wanted my overbite to be less noticeable and she achieved exactly that. My face looks so much more balanced and I couldn't be happier! I Highly recommend Ashley to anyone considering lip filler! She's exceptional!!
