Had made an appointment a few days prior to for me and my aunt to get mani pedis.Walked in and right away got seen and had no issues about anything at all. We both got right in a chair and worked on. Ladies were all very kind and friendly and went above and beyond with their services. I also LOVED the fact that they didn’t push any services on us…definitely was nice to not feel harassed for extra things🙏🏼 . I highly recommend them to anyone. 🥰 💯 Thank you Tracy!

I've been going to rio nails for a few months now (probably close to 6 months or so), and I absolutely recommend them to everyone. They've mastered the ability to make the customer feel welcomed, heard, and relaxed. When you book an appointment to get your nails done, it feels like a step towards self care and self enjoyment. From their decor, to their music, to their friendliness, to their scent that illuminates through the entire shop, everything is perfect! Linda did a lovely job. She was gentle, graceful, conscientious, and competent. I am not from the area, but if I was, I certainly would go back to her on a regular basis.
