Amazing professional service with a smile. I’ve been coming to Ruby Nails for years and each time I get my shellac done, they do not disappoint! Great selection of colours. Pedicure seats are comfortable and I enjoy that massage chair. They also have a loyalty card which is generous. I look forward to my trip to get my nails done every time as I know the great service I will get! Would recommend!

I was very skeptical to come here after reading many bad reviews, however my experience was good. The result is great but I wasn't 100% happy with the customer service - I was served 20 minutes after my appointment time, the gent kept looking into his phone when filling my nails and I had to swap chairs twice so different people were doing my nails. I cannot say at all that someone would be rude to me, just wanted to highlight these areas for improvement. Paid £33 for one color acrylic infills which is a fair price considering the location. The salon doesn't take cash which was expected from my previous experience with these salons. I'll be coming back.

Ruby Nails exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling confident and refreshed. I can’t wait to go back!
