This was my first visit to rumours for a cut and colour. I had a consultation with Mia a week before, I am very fussy about my hair, Mia not only listened to what I said and what I wanted done, even though Mia couldn’t get it to what I wanted (only for the fact that it wasn’t long enough) it was perfect and the colour was perfect. Rumours also gave me a goody bag as a new customer which I wasn’t expecting, it was a nice surprise and a thoughtful gesture. Thank you Mia, you made me feel like a new person I can’t wait until my next appointment either you . Xx

Went to the salon today to get my colour done with Holly ,I am so pleased with the result looks and feels great ! Holly is lovely and listened to what I wanted and delivered more , have rebooked to see her again . Have to give a mention to Scarlett ,she washed my colour off and gave a fabulous head massage a really nice extra touch x
