She was incredible throughout the entire process, from colouring and treatments to the cut and blow-dry. She reassured me every step of the way and made me feel so comfortable. I’m beyond happy with how my hair looks now and can’t wait to see how it continues to improve. Aside from that, The whole salon was spotless, the products used were clearly high quality, and it’s definitely worth the money. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming it’s 100% the place to go if you want your hair done properly.💕💕

Richard is a fantastic hairdresser! As a first-time colour client, I had numerous questions, which he patiently answered and remained reassuring every step of the way. As a result, I wasn't even nervous and felt that I could fully trust his expertise. I wanted a specific copper auburn shade, and he went above and beyond, conducting extra research to find the perfect tone for my complexion. The results are amazing, I’ve received so many compliments! He also made hair aftercare easy, recommending several shampoo options that aligned with my usual preferences. Richard listened very attentively to my preferences and descriptions of the look I was going for, but also gave honest and much-needed advice on what is safe to do with my particular (damaged) hair. Richard did a great job on my hair , I’m really happy with how it turned out. Gordana was wonderful too and super helpful too.
