This was my first time at the salon and I feel like they have a range of pricing which makes their salon accessible to many different people. My stylist was obviously very skilled and the haircut that I did get was well done, it just wasn't the haircut that I wanted. I did bring in reference photos one for the bang area and one how I want it the body of my hair to look like but I feel like something got lost in translation. My stylist was very good at listening to my concerns about allergies and reactions to products that I have had in the past and everyone was really nice.

This is a well run salon with a very friendly staff. The front desk team is very helpful and engaging. It's so nice not to have to "interrupt" the front desk person from their cell phone to get checked in and a glass of water! Trent did an amazing job on my haircut. I have course curly hair which has no doubt caused trauma to some stylist in the past (I've had a few rough haircuts) but Trent crushed it. My curls are happy and I don't look like an abused bottle brush in public.

She listens, she’s honest, and she makes sure you leave feeling confident and taken care of. I even bring my daughter to her because I trust her that much. I had the best experience today at Samuel Cole Salon in Raleigh! I’m currently pregnant and honestly haven’t been feeling my most beautiful lately. I was next door getting my nails done and decided to pop in for a haircut and blowout — first time here — and I’m SO glad I did. Faith was absolutely amazing. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely human in the best way. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable. I gave her full control over my haircut (because pregnancy hormones would’ve had me chopping it all off 😅), and she knew exactly what to do. My biggest concern has been thinning hair during pregnancy, but she cut it in a way that made it feel so much healthier and look thicker and fuller. She took off just the right amount — not too much, not too little. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful again. She was also fast and efficient without making me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. Faith is sweet, talented, and clearly knows her craft. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. Five-star service all the way. I’ll definitely be back! 💕
